Khadi Handmade Bhutanese Resho Paper (60x80cm) Single Sheets

Resho is a 90gsm handmade artists' paper made from the inner bark or bast fibre of De-nar, a variety of the Daphne Bholua plant native to the Himalayan foothills of Bhutan. Sustainable and renewable, the paper is made using a traditional floating mould method in which pulp is poured onto a frame and then dried in the sun. Darker in tone and with a harder surface than Nepalese Lokta and Mitsumata, Resho has a rustic appearance, a medium texture and is ideal for ink, calligraphy and printmaking. 

Each sheet measures approximately 60x80cm. Sold per sheet.
