Available in 60 brilliant colors, STABILO CarbOthello pastel pencils are easy to blend with either fingertips or paper stumps and have a wonderfully dry smudgeability, similar to charcoal. Best suited to paper with a slightly rough surface (known as 'tooth'), the soft leads are dry mixable, wipeable and partially paintable, with contour lines remaining visible after being worked with a brush and water. Highly pigmented, opaque and lightfast, the finished artwork can be treated with a fixative. The leads are 4.4mm in diameter.
