Offering greater strength and longevity than cotton, these Traditional Linen Stretched Canvases by Winsor & Newton are ideal for use with both oil and acrylic paints. Primed with titanium dioxide gesso, they provide a medium textured surface and are hand-stretched to high tension over lightweight kiln-dried spruce wood stretcher bars which are resistant to warping. Every canvas includes wood keys which can be used for manually re-tensioning after painting.
Available in traditional depth and a range of sizes.
